Terms of Service

By accessing or using BookItBro, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use our services. These terms apply to both customers and business partners.

• “Platform” refers to BookItBro website and application. • “Customer” refers to users who book services through the platform. • “Business” or “Partner” refers to service providers who list their services on the platform. • “Booking” refers to an appointment made through the platform.

As a customer, you agree to: • Provide accurate and complete information during registration. • Arrive on time for your appointments. • Make payments as agreed at the time of booking. • Not abuse, harass, or threaten business staff or other users. • Not book fake or fraudulent appointments. • Cancel bookings at least 2 hours in advance when possible. BookItBro reserves the right to suspend accounts that violate these terms.

As a business partner, you agree to: • Provide accurate business information including GST registration details where applicable. • Honor bookings made through the platform. • Maintain service quality and hygiene standards. • Not charge customers more than the listed price on the platform. • Ensure staff conduct is professional. • Comply with all applicable local, state, and national laws. • Maintain necessary licenses and permits for your business type.

Payments are processed through Razorpay payment gateway. By making a payment, you authorize Razorpay to charge your card/UPI/net banking account. BookItBro does not store card details. A convenience fee may be charged on certain transactions. For business partners, payouts are processed as per the agreed settlement cycle. BookItBro may charge a commission on each booking.

Cancellations made 2+ hours before the appointment are eligible for a full refund. Cancellations within 2 hours of the appointment may be subject to a cancellation fee. Please refer to our Refund and Cancellation Policy for details. Businesses may cancel bookings due to unforeseen circumstances. In such cases, customers will receive a full refund.

Customers can rate and review businesses after their appointment. Reviews must be honest and based on genuine experiences. BookItBro reserves the right to remove reviews that are abusive, fake, or violate our guidelines.

All content on the BookItBro platform, including logos, designs, text, and software, is the property of BookItBro or its licensors. Unauthorized use, copying, or distribution is prohibited. Business partners retain ownership of their business name, logo, and service descriptions uploaded to the platform.

BookItBro acts as a platform connecting customers with businesses. We are not responsible for the quality of services provided by businesses. BookItBro shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our platform. Our maximum liability shall not exceed the booking amount or commission earned, whichever is lower.

Any disputes arising from these terms shall be resolved through mutual discussion first. If unresolved, disputes shall be subject to arbitration under the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996, with the seat of arbitration in Khammam, Telangana. Indian law shall govern all disputes.

BookItBro may terminate or suspend accounts that violate these terms, engage in fraudulent activity, or misuse the platform. You may delete your account at any time by contacting us.

We may update these Terms of Service at any time. Continued use of the platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms. We will notify users of significant changes via email or SMS.
